CJ ENM revealed their headline artists for the World’s No. 1 K-Culture Festival, KCON 2022 in Los Angeles! Celebrating its 10th anniversary, KCON 2022 LA presented by Toyota will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena from August 19-21.
The three-day event consists of vendors, panels, dance activities, meet-and-greets, and a two-night concert with a star-studded lineup — Night 1 of KCON LA’s concert consists of CRAVITY, ENHYPEN, ITZY, NMIXX, STAYC, THE BOYZ, and WJSN. Night 2 will have performances by ATEEZ, INI, JO1, Kep1er, LIGHTSUM, LOONA, NCT DREAM, and TO1.
First held in 2012, KCON has grown greatly, becoming the convention for all things K-Pop and K-Culture. As someone who has attended the convention in its early stages, the first convention attracted 10,000 visitors and grown to 291,000 in 2019. The pandemic had the convention go virtual — attracting more than 22 million viewers over the last two years. Now returning to in-person events, this convention is expected to sell out.
