The third season of the top-rated anthology comedy series Miracle Workers will this time transport cast members Daniel Radcliffe, Steve Buscemi, Geraldine Viswanathan, Karan Soni, and Jon Bass to the American Old West. Set in the year 1844, Miracle Workers: Oregon Trail follows an idealistic small-town preacher (Radcliffe) who teams up with a wanted outlaw (Buscemi) and an adventurous prairie wife (Viswanathan) to lead a wagon train west on the Oregon Trail across an American landscape which, much like today, is fraught with both promise and peril.
Along with being the female lead in Miracle Workers, Viswanathan has many notable film credits. She starred in Bad Education, Hala, The Broken Heart Gallery, Blockers, and The Package. Previously, the Australian actress also appeared in Spice Sisters, which won the Short Screenplay Award at the Sydney Film Festival, as well as Australia’s feature comedy Emo the Musical.
Soni made his feature debut in Safety Not Guaranteed. Since then, he has appeared in the Deadpool films, Ghostbusters, Office Christmas Party, Unicorn Store, Office Uprising, B-Roll, Monumental, Goosebumps, And Then There Was Eve, Like a Boss, Rough Night, Pokémon Detective Pikachu, Superintelligence, Always Be My Maybe, Better Start Running, Corporate Animals, and Trolls World Tour. On television, the actor can be seen in Silicon Valley, Room 104, The Goldbergs, Blunt Talk, Other Space, and Betas.
