‘Stranger Things’ Season 4 Will Be Split into Two Volumes

After much anticipation, we finally have a release date for Stranger Things 4! Well, technically two: Volume 1 premieres on May 27, followed by Volume 2 on July 1. The cast includes Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalia Dyer, David Harbour, Sadie Sink, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Winona Ryder, and Maya Hawke.

Since its release in 2016, Stranger Things has earned over 65 award wins and 175 nominations. In an open letter to fans, series creators the Duffer Brothers shared news about the future of the global phenomenon: season 5 will be the series’ last.

It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends are separated for the first time – and navigating the complexities of high school hasn’t made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down.

To celebrate the upcoming season, Netflix has shared four new location posters: Russia, The Lab, Creel House, and California.
