Fans of the beloved animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender no longer need to wait to catch a glimpse of the live-action series adaptation. The trailer is finally here!
From the looks of the trailer, it seems to have captured the beauty of the world of Avatar. In this world, the four elements — Water, Earth, Fire, and Air — live in harmony, with the Avatar, master of all four elements, keeping the peace. But everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked and wiped out the Air Nomads, who were expecting one of their own to become the next incarnation of Avatar. As years went by, a young Air Nomad named Aang (Gordon Cormier) emerges to take his place as the next Avatar. With the help of his new friends Sokka (Ian Ousley) and Katara (Kiawentiio), siblings from the Southern Water Tribe, Aang embarks on a fantastic journey to save the world against the Fire Nation, led by Fire Daddy — Lord — Ozai (Daniel Dae Kim). The Fire Nation Crown Prince Zuko (Dallas Liu) is also determined to prove himself to his country by capturing the Avatar.
In the trailer, we get glimpses of all the beloved characters from the Nickelodeon animation. The fight sequences and backdrop are stunning with the series capturing the sweet friendship between Aang, Sokka, and Katana.
