We’ve been hearing rumblings the past several weeks about the cast getting stacked for the next Knives Out mystery, entitled Wake Up Dead Man. And today we got, some incredibly exciting updates regarding the upcoming feature!
Rian Johnson is back and assembling a team of incredible talent alongside the returning Daniel Craig as Benoit Blanc. In case you missed our original article (which it felt like we were updating daily), the cast now officially includes Daryl McCormack, Thomas Haden Church, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Glenn Close, Kerry Washington, Andrew Scott (Ripley, All of Us Strangers), Josh O’Connor (Challengers), and Cailee Spaeny (Priscilla, Civil War, Alien: Romulus).
Whoo! That is a heck of an all-star cast, as the previous two movies were. But in addition to announcing the production’s official start, Netflix has shared the first look at Benoit Blanc in the film, sporting a completely new, longer hairstyle than we’re used to Craig wearing.

One must be wondering what’s going on with Blanc that has him growing his hair out like this. Perhaps he’s going through something? Will that affect his sleuthing skills? Consider me intrigued already!
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery will be hitting Netflix in 2025! But, I know! We already want it now! That said, the best things come to those who wait, and this is said to be Blanc’s most dangerous case yet. So let’s see where this goes!
