The Summer of Shyamalan is approaching! And now WB and New Line have released a new featurette for its upcoming thriller, The Watcher, directed by Ishana Night Shyamalan and producer M. Night Shyamalan.
The new film, based on the novel by A.M. Shine, centers on a young woman who finds herself imprisoned with a group of strangers in the woods, surrounded and stalked by mysterious creatures who are watching them. The new film stars Dakota Fanning, Georgina Campbell, Oliver Finnegan, and Olwen Fouéré.

The Watchers is the first of two Shyamalan-produced films coming out this summer. The other, written and directed by M. Night, himself, will be Trap, which will be coming out August 9.
