Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth star in George Miller’s Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, which serves as the highly-anticipated return to the dystopian world that he created over 30 years ago with the Mad Max movies. Today, Warner Bros. Pictures has excited fans by dropping the official trailer!

This new standalone action adventure will reveal the origins of Furiosa (played by Taylor-Joy) from Mad Max: Fury Road. Additionally, the cast includes Alyla Browne and Tom Burke.

As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus.  Sweeping through the Wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe.  While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga will be released in theaters nationwide on May 24, 2024 as well as internationally beginning on May 22, 2024.
