First Official Trailer for ‘Star Wars: The Acolyte’ is Here

The High Republic era is among us! Hundreds of years before the Skywalker saga began, there was an era where the Jedi order was at the height of its power, during the golden age of the Galactic Republic. Only seen in animation, comics, and novels, we are finally getting our first live-action project set during this era of Star Wars this June. Coming Soon — Star Wars: The Acolyte!

This new series looks stellar so far. The fight scenes and choreography on display is fire! Not to mention that it boasts a cast of amazing, notable talents, including Emmy nominee Lee Jung-jae (Squid Games), Amandla Stenberg, Manny Jacinto, Dafne Keen, Jodie Turner-Smith, and Carrie-Anne Moss. Per Disney, the series will follow “an investigation into a shocking crime spree pits a respected Jedi Master (Lee) against a dangerous warrior from his past (Stenberg). As more clues emerge, they travel down a dark path where sinister forces reveal all is not what it seems.”
