Experience Global Holiday Flavors at the Disneyland Resort

The most wonderful time of the year returns to the Disneyland Resort beginning November 14, 2025, bringing sparkling décor, dazzling entertainment, and festive flavors to both parks.

Guests can indulge in seasonal bites and sips, from cozy comfort dishes like the Philly Cheese Potato at Disneyland to a global lineup of holiday-inspired offerings at Disney California Adventure’s Disney Festival of Holidays. This year’s celebration once again highlights the diverse ways families and communities honor the season, serving up warmth, tradition, and a whole lot of magic in every bite.

Disneyland debuts the Gingerbread-Cranberry Cheesecake Trifle at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe and Apple Bundt Cake at Plaza Inn, alongside returning favorites like the Celebration Dinner Potato at Troubadour Tavern.

At Disney California Adventure, the Disney Festival of Holidays returns, bringing nearly 30 new items, including a savory Al Pastor Mac & Cheese and a sweet Holiday M&M’S Éclair, plus a few new thematic drinks to fit the season. There will also be returning hits like the Café de Olla Cold Brew, Beef Brisket Slider, and Sticky Toffee Pudding Macaron. And guests can use the Sip and Savor Pass, which offers six digital coupons for select items.

New churro items like Apple Pie Dipping Sauce comes with a cream cheese frosting topped with spiced apple compote and will be availble only at the Town Square and Sleeping Beauty Castle stand. While the Churros at the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Pretzels near Big Thunder Mountain Railroad offers Chocolate Peppermint Dipping Sauce. Then there’s the Breakfast Churro, near the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, which is the Classic churro rolled in coffee-flavored sugar served with maple and bacon dipping sauce.

Holidays on Main Street, U.S.A. lean into bakery comfort. At Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, where mobile order is available, the pastry case anchors the season with five debuts. The Gingerbread Cranberry Cheesecake Trifle layers gingerbread cake, cheesecake, and cranberry compote under white chocolate mousse with a mini gingerbread man. It arrives alongside an Orange Cranberry Loaf with cream cheese glaze, a torched top S’mores Cheesecake set over ganache, a Sticky Toffee Bundt Cake finished with vanilla chantilly, and a White Mocha Peppermint tree shaped macaron that hides a coffee bundt center. The macaron runs Nov. 14 through Dec. 14, the rest are available Nov. 14 through Jan. 7. A few doors down at Plaza Inn, two headline desserts join the parade route. Starting Dec. 1, the Apple Bundt Cake arrives packed with caramelized apples and finished with cream cheese glaze, green mousse, and chocolate ears. The Peppermint Chocolate Tart stacks ganache and mint marshmallow under whipped topping and sprinkles. Both run Nov. 14 through Jan. 7, with the bundt beginning Dec. 1. Market House on Main Street will also carry the new bundt and tart during the season.

Adventureland keeps the energy high at Bengal Barbecue, where mobile order is available. A Vietnamese Iced Coffee dressed with brown sugar spheres and cold foam lands for the run from Nov. 14 through Jan. 7. It is an easy rope drop starter and a late night pick me up.

Frontierland skews savory and festive at Rancho del Zócalo Restaurante with two additions that nod to regional tradition. The Arepa de Cochinita Pibil lands with avocado salsa, cotija, and spicy pickled onions, while Pozole Blanco warms things up with all the classic fixings. Both run Nov. 14 through Jan. 7. A short walk away, River Belle Terrace turns brunch and dessert into quiet showstoppers. Gingerbread Pancakes are available until 1:55 p.m. and a Buttermilk Chess Pie arrives crowned with vanilla chantilly and raspberries. Reservations are recommended. The dates for both are Nov. 14 through Jan. 7. Inside The Golden Horseshoe, an indulgent Sticky Toffee Cake arrives soaked in bourbon toffee and finished with candied walnuts and vanilla ice cream from Nov. 14 through Jan. 7.

New Orleans Square doubles down on cozy comforts. Blue Bayou Restaurant debuts its own Sticky Toffee Cake in the same bourbon toffee style and pours a cinnamon kissed Holiday Sangria. Cafe Orleans adds that sangria as well. Both locations run Nov. 14 through Jan. 7 and reservations are recommended. The quick service windows bring fresh sips too. Royal Street Veranda serves a Hot Spiced Apple Cider capped with caramel whipped cream from Nov. 14 through Jan. 7. Tiana’s Palace, with mobile order available, rolls out a hearty Black Eyed Pea Stew with chicken and cornbread croutons for the same dates. For cookie runs, Harbour Galley, also on mobile order, complements its fresh gingerbread with a new Holiday Royal Icing Dipping Sauce from Nov. 14 through Jan. 7.

Fantasyland gets the showstopper sundae at Red Rose Taverne, where mobile order is available. The Holiday Butter Cake Sundae sets warm chocolate butter cake under peppermint ice cream with chocolate sauce and crushed peppermint from Nov. 14 through Jan. 7. Over at Troubadour Tavern, mornings start festive with the Santa Breakfast Potato loaded with eggs, cheese, country sausage gravy, and green onions. It is served until 11 a.m. or while supplies last from Nov. 14 through Jan. 7, and mobile order is available.

Tomorrowland brings the widest spread of new quick service comfort at Galactic Grill. The Mushroom and Swiss Burger stacks roasted herb mushrooms, two types of onions, Swiss, and blue cheese sauce on brioche, and the Holiday Parfait layers chocolate cake, edible cookie dough, marshmallow mousse, chocolate crunch, chocolate mousse, and ganache with a glossy starry finish. Both run Nov. 14 through Jan. 7, and mobile order is available.

Mickey’s Toontown rounds out the lineup with a simple crowd pleaser at Good Boy! Grocers. The Strawberry Slushie made with Fanta Strawberry is on the menu Nov. 14 through Jan. 7, and it is also available with the Orb Sipper.

Over at the Disneyland California Adventure Park, The Festive Foods Marketplaces return, bringing along over thirty new items that celebrate different cultures from Mexican and Filipino to Western and Indian flavors. And there will be a chance to see how these global cultures celebrate end of the year holdiays like Christmas, Navidad, Hanukkah, Diwali, Kwanzaa, and Three Kings Day.

Over at the Performance Corridor get right to it at Holiday Duets with Al Pastor Mac & Cheese, a rich, tangy take topped with tortilla crumble and cilantro. Over at A Twist on Tradition, the Holiday Turkey Leg joins the lineup, finished with a swipe of cranberry sauce for that unmistakable comfort-food vibe. Merry Mashups leans playful with the Holiday M&M’S Éclair, a pastry filled with milk-chocolate mousse and capped with whipped ganache and M&M’S Minis.

Paradise Gardens Park keeps the momentum going at Disney ¡Viva Navidad! inside Paradise Garden Grill (mobile order available). Two newcomers lead the menu: Tacos Dorados de Camarón, a pair of golden-fried shrimp tacos dressed with zesty slaw, salsa roja, salsa macha, and crema with Spanish rice and refried beans, and the Al Pastor Torta layered with pineapple achiote-marinated pork, chorizo beans, avocado spread, tomatillo salsa, cilantro, and onions with tortilla chips on the side.

Across the park, Grizzly Peak’s Smokejumpers Grill (mobile order available) brings a shareable crowd-pleaser with the Spicy Cajun Loaded Fries, a fully loaded basket of Cajun fries topped with hot links, cheddar, corn, and bell peppers.

For your churro crawl, group these together on the same loop: the Strawberry Basil Churro with strawberry sauce, basil dust, and whipped topping is new at Terran Treats in Avengers Campus and also pops in at the Hollywood Land churro cart. You can still find the Cannoli Churro in Hollywood Land, topped with cannoli cream, chocolate chips, and puff pastry, and the Fresas con Crema Churro near Goofy’s Sky School and at Señor Buzz Churros on Pixar Pier, dressed with fresh strawberries and condensed milk.
