Paramount+ Has Released the Official Trailer for Season 2 of ‘iCarly’

Paramount+ has just shared the official release date, trailer, and key art for iCarly‘s second season! The cast includes Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor, Nathan Kress, Laci Mosley, and Jaidyn Triplett. Cosgrove also serves as executive producer with Trainor and Kress as series producers. iCarly returns Friday, April 8 with a two-episode season premiere. After that, new episodes will drop weekly on Fridays.

Find Out Which of the Original Cast is Reuniting for ‘Teen Wolf The Movie’

Paramount+, MTV Entertainment Studios, and MGM’s Orion Television have just announced which of the original Teen Wolf cast members will be returning in the upcoming film. Teen Wolf The Movie, which is set to premiere later this year, will also set up a new Paramount+ Original series called Wolf Pack, based on the books by Edo van Belkom.

The ‘Teen Wolf’ Pack is Returning for a New Paramount+ Movie

The fans have been heard and a Teen Wolf movie is officially coming to Paramount+ in 2022! Creator Jeff Davis will return and multiple original cast members will also reprise their beloved roles. The hit series first premiered in 2011 on MTV and ended on September 24, 2017. To make the news even more special, it was announced on the finale’s anniversary.

Dawnn Lewis, aka Captain Carol Freeman, on the Return of ‘Star Trek: Lower Decks’

Dawnn Lewis does it all. Acting, voice acting, musicals, and more. And she can add Starfleet Captain to the list with her role as Captain Carol Freeman of the USS Cerritos. She’s a no nonsense captain who unfortunately has a lot of nonsense to deal with from her crew, including her own daughter Beckett, who may cause the most trouble of the bunch. Ahead of the Season 2 Premiere this Thursday, August 12, we at The Nerds of Color were able to speak with Lewis on how she approaches the role of Captain Freeman, her voice-acting career, what we can expect for her and Beckett’s mother-daughter dynamic, and the prospect of returning to Broadway for the musical Tina.

Paramount+ Has Renewed ‘iCarly’ for Season 2

Paramount+ just announced that iCarly has been renewed for a second season! The new series picks up nearly 10 years after Nickelodeon’s original show ended and stars Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor, Nathan Kress, Laci Mosley, and Jaidyn Triplett. The original iCarly ran from 2007-2012. New episodes of season 1 drop every Thursday for subscribers. iCarly is also set to debut in the Nordics and Latin America on July 30 and Australia on August 11. Production on the new season will begin this fall.

Nyambi Nyambi’s character Jay Dipersia has been through a lot the past four seasons of The Good Fight. From facing deportation to fighting pay gap disparities, Jay has been given difficult circumstances to overcome. But, in the fifth season of The Good Fight, which premiered yesterday on Paramount+, Jay is given multiple obstacles that he must deal with — the aftermath of COVID, Black Lives Matter Marches, and losing three of his colleagues — two have moved (Cush Jumbo and Delroy Lindo left in the season five premiere episode) and his fellow investigator Marissa Gold (Sarah Steele) has decided to study law.

Why the ‘iCarly’ Revival Actually Works

If you haven’t been watching the Paramount+ iCarly revival, you’re missing out. The series premiered on June 17 with the first three episodes. New episodes drop weekly, every Thursday. iCarly picks up ten years after the original Nickelodeon series ended and offers a really fresh take while staying true to the show we love.
