The Seven Get Savage for ‘The Boys’ Season 5

What do you get when you take a narcissistic figurehead for your country with a fragile ego, give him power he shouldn’t have, give him an army of followers to round up his critics, and allow him to cut loose doing whatever he wants with that power? Well in addition to America in 2026, you get the world of The Boys.

For five seasons, Eric Kripke’s insane series about psychotic superheroes who have a stranglehold over the world has been serving up blood, guts, gore, laughs, and surreal satirical comic book action. Now the journey is at an end with the upcoming final season of the series. Recently we got the chance to speak to the cast about the beginning of the end, and there’s no better way to start than to bring you our conversations with Vought’s vicious villains themselves, The Seven!

With this being the final season, the bodies are going to hit the floor hard! No one is safe, and that’s due to the actions of the increasingly unstable Homelander (Antony Starr), and his super squad. In reality, of course, the cast was an absolute joy to speak with. And we were able to ask Starr, as well as fellow castmates Jessie T. Usher (A-Train), Colby Minifie (Ashley Barrett), Susan Heyward (Sister Sage), Valorie Curry (Firecracker), and Nathan Mitchell (Black Noir II) what it was like bringing this biting, bloody superhero satire to its epic conclusion!
