Peacock Unveils Several New Unscripted, Comedy, True Crime, and Sports Series

UNIVERSAL CITY, CA – Today, Peacock announced all-new programming at the Television Critics Association Press Tour. New unscripted series Ex Rated has been picked up with host and executive producer Andy Cohen, and highly anticipated Real Housewives of Miami is in development.

On the comedy front, Peacock has ordered an untitled Craig Robinson project series starring Robinson, and ensemble comedy Bust Down from Lorne Michaels and starring Chris Redd, Sam Jay, Langston Kerman, and Jak Knight.

Peacock Set to Release Massive Slate of Shows, Movies, and More in 2021

NBC’s new over-the-top streaming service is set to make waves in 2021 with the release of a massive slate of new movies, shows and more in January. After announcing the release of its new streaming service back in April, over 22 million users had been dialed in by October this year. Peacock is promising subscribers access to the highest quality shows and more, especially after sharing the news that the hit series The Office is set to be exclusively streamed on the service starting January 2021.

‘The Walking Dead’ Star Lennie James Talks New Show ‘Save Me Too’

Peacock’s new gripping drama series, Save Me Too, premieres today and I had the opportunity to sit down with executive producer and star,  Lennie James (Fear the Walking DeadThe Walking Dead, and Colombiana). The show is the second season of the award-winning thriller Save Me, which is currently streaming on Peacock as well. Lennie created, wrote, and stars in the star-studded British series. The show won the Best Writer for a Drama series and Best Drama Series awards at the 2019 RTS Awards and was nominated for a BAFTA for the Outstanding Drama Series Award.
