‘Quantum Leap’ Finale Plans to Answer Many Mysteries — Including Leaper X

With the shocking events of this past season of Quantum Leap, the series has a lot of explaining to do. After the reveal of Ziggy being the mole, the team is shocked on what this means for Ben (Raymond Lee) coming home and Addison’s (Caitlin Bassett) fate. Everyone is still reeling from the shocking reveal, especially Ian (Mason Alexander Park) whose whole life was about bringing Ziggy back to life from the original program. So, has Ziggy gone evil? Has A.I. become self-aware and now plotting for revenge? Executive producer Dean Georgaris assures us that isn’t the case.

Taking the Leap with ‘Quantum Leap’ Star Raymond Lee

Are you ready to take the next leap forward? Quantum Leap was a terrifically fun sci-fi show on NBC that ran from 1989 to 1993. It chronicled the journey of Dr. Sam Beckett, a man stuck in time after an experiment gone home, who would “leap” all over the annals of history solving problems, and hoping that his next leap would bring him home to the present.

Oh, Boy: NBC Picks Up ‘Quantum Leap’ Reboot to Series

NBC has announced that it is committing its reboot of Quantum Leap to series after announcing the casting of the pilot in March. Such a quick turnaround can only mean that the network heads were blown away by the pilot. And for what it’s worth, this show sounds tailor-made for me and me alone.

Annie Murphy stars as Allison in the upcoming new series, Kevin Can F**K Himself. The first two installments of the eight-episode season will premiere on Sunday, June 13 on AMC+ and back-to-back on AMC on Sunday, June 20.
