In 2018, in a small rural village in northern Thailand, thirteen lives were changed forever after being trapped in a cave for 18 days. The junior football team, which consisted of twelve children and their adult coach, went hiking along the caves of Tham Luang, but a unexpected rainstorm caused the cave to flood — trapping them deep within the caves. Back when it was first announed that Jon Favreau was getting his own Star Wars franchise, I went and created a whole line of Pod Save America inspired t-shirts at our merch store. Turns out Lucasfilm had turned over its first live action Star Wars series to the director of Iron Man and not President Obama’s former speechwriter-turned-podcaster. For the last several months, no one knew what Favreau’s mysterious show was going to be about. Until now.

Starting today, May 3 and running until the movie premieres May 25, Star Wars: Force for Change will donate $1 for every social media post that uses the hashtag #RoarForChange.
