Directed by Sam Hargrave, the movies are based on the graphic novel Ciudad by Ande Parks, from a story by Parks, Joe Russo, and Anthony Russo, with illustrations by Fernando León González. The Russo Brothers, Hemsworth, as well as Hargrave all serve as producers.
