Pixar Place Hotel to Open in January 2024

Last year, Disneyland Resort’s Paradise Pier underwent renovations to transform from its original beach and nautical-themed hotel into a full-fledged Pixar-themed hotel. The hotel itself didn’t close as Imagineers and construction crews added and remodeled around the structure, while still being able to provide guests the same service and amenities. Now Disneyland Resort announced that Pixar Place Hotel will open January 30, 2024.

‘Space Jam: A New Legacy’ Takes Over Six Flags

Earlier this week, Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA got jammed (I know. As a Parks and Rec fan I shouldn’t do anything to glorify scumbag Jeremy Jamm, but the pun was right there, okay?)! And the Looney Tunes took over, with their good friends, Don Cheadle, Eric Bauza, and King James himself, Lebron James!

Harry Potter and the Magic Loving Black Girl

Not so long ago, my family and I went to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios, in Southern California. In a word, it was amazing. So was waiting in the horrendous lines. What rendered moot any complaints of inconvenience was the near-constant look of awe and wonder on my daughter’s face.
