Join the #RoseParade at San Diego Comic-Con 2019

This year marks the 50th anniversary of San Diego Comic-Con, and the one-year anniversary since a crowd of Rose Tico cosplayers gathered at Bayfront Park to show their support for Kelly Marie Tran. And we’re doing it all over again! This time, we’re planning to march in a “Rose Parade” from the Convention Center to the NOC Meetup at the Hilton on Saturday, July 20. Let us know you’ll be part of the parade on Facebook!

Just like last  year, I’ll be giving away shirts, but if you have your own Rose-inspired shirt or are planning to cosplay as everyone’s favorite Resistance mechanic come join us! To quote Luke Skywalker himself, “what’s not to love?”

We’re once again going to donate a portion of the proceeds of Rose t-shirt sales to the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum. If you order now, you’ll still be able to get your shirts delivered before Comic-Con!

WHEN: Saturday, July 20 at 5:00pm

WHERE: Bayfront Park — behind the Convention Center near the IMDBoat

WHAT: Come wearing Rose Tico-inspired shirts or in Rose Tico cosplay and we’re going to march in a “Rose Parade” to the NOC meetup at the Hilton Bayfront
