It was only a matter of time. Fans have been clamoring for years, and today Funko Toys announced they are finally producing a wave of Pop! Vinyl Figures based on the Broadway phenomenon, Hamilton! Entertainment Earth has pre-orders open now!

This first wave of Pops include Lin-Manuel Miranda as Alexander Hamilton, Leslie Odom Jr.’s Aaron Burr (sir), Phillipa Soo’s Eliza, Chris Jackson’s George Washington, Renee Elise Goldsberry’s Angelica, and Peggy(!) as portrayed by Jasmine Cephas Jones.

No word on other waves, though an exclusive Hamilton figure in his Revolutionary War gear will be available at Walmart. I can’t imagine another wave featuring the likes of King George or Hercules Mulligan and John Laurens is far behind. Even better, I can picture an eventual two-pack of Lafayette and Jefferson for the Daveed Diggs stans.

These figures are due to ship in July 2021, one year to the date of the show’s debut on Disney+. Preorder at the affiliate links below to help support The Nerds of Color. Until then, I’m willing to… wait for it…
