Tim Rozon and Sarah Levy star in SYFY’s SurrealEstate. The two actors have worked together previously on the beloved comedy series Schitt’s Creek, but now they will be serving as real estate agents that specialize in closing the deal on haunted and possessed houses. The new series will premiere Friday, July 16 at 10 PM ET/PT.
SurrealEstate follows real estate agent Luke Roman and an elite team of specialists that handle the cases no one else can: haunted and possessed houses that literally scare would-be buyers away. Researching, investigating and “fixing” the things that go bump in the night, the team works to create closure — and closings — even as they struggle with demons of their own.
Tim Rozon takes on the role of Luke Roman. The actor’s first major role was Tommy Quincy on Instant Star. Other notable credits include Schitt’s Creek, Wynonna Earp, Diggstown, Befriend and Betray, Vagrant Queen, and Flashpoint. Rozon is also a voiceover actor, voicing a lead role in The Legend of Sarila. He produced the documentary feature Shuckers, as well as co-wrote multiple Wynonna Earp graphic novels with creator Beau Smith for IDW.
Sarah Levy portrays Susan Ireland in SurrealEstate. She is best known for the role of Twyla on the critically acclaimed show Schitt’s Creek. Other notable credits include Patty’s Auto and Larry Crowne. In addition to being an actress, Levy is also a talented singer and songwriter.
I got to ask the duo about reuniting on screen for SurrealEstate and what tagline they would pick to describe the show. Watch my interview below to hear their answers!
