Simone Joy Jones (The Chair, What If) will star as Lisa, Adrian Holmes (At That Age, V Wars) as Phillip Banks, Cassandra Freeman (The Enemy Within, Atlanta) as Vivian Banks, Jordan L. Jones (Rel, Snowfall) as Jazz, Akira Akbar (We Can Be Heroes, Captain Marvel) as Ashley Banks, Olly Sholotan (Run Hide Fight, Evolution of Nate Gibson) as Carlton Banks, Coco Jones (Let it Shine, Vampires vs. The Bronx) as Hilary Banks, and Jimmy Akingbola as Geoffrey (Most Dangerous Game, In The Long Run).

Will and the Banks family are looking to revitalize a sitcom that holds immense cultural relevance today, and there’s little doubt that Cooper and co-showrunners Brady and Newson won’t succeed in bringing The Fresh Prince new life.
