Previously on The Mandalorian, the remainder of Jabba the Hutt’s crime syndicate is wiped clean when Boba Fett and Fennec Shand come busting in, killing off Bib Fortuna and his guards, before claiming the space for themselves. Immediately afterwards revealed a title: The Book of Boba Fett; the second live-action series set in the galaxy far, far away.
Today, the latest Star Wars production had its key art revealed and premiere date announced. The adventures of this dynamic bounty hunter duo will begin when it comes to Disney+ on Wednesday, December 29.
The only cast members confirmed for the series so far are Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen, who will be reprising their Mandalorian roles as Fett and Shand respectively. The Book of Boba Fett will be marking a first with Morrison as the first lead actor of Pacific Islander descent of a Star Wars production.
