2021 closed out with the long awaited release of the second-ever live-action Star Wars series, The Book of Boba Fett. Starring Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen, the crime world is about to turn on its head with Boba Fett and Fennec Shand in town, who want to shake things up.

In the hours following the release of the second episode, The Nerds of Color was granted the opportunity to speak with Morrison and Wen, themselves. Over the course of a very short time window, they spoke about being the leads of their own show, and also the importance of having both Pacific Islander and Asian American representation in the galaxy far, far away.
