SDCC 2022: ‘Dungeons and Dragons’ Offsite Delivers on What It Promises

Happy Comic-Con everyone! It’s been three years since we were able to indulge in the allure of exclusives, panels, and offsites. But at long last, we are back! And our first stop: the highly anticipated Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves offsite experience.

Thanks to our friends at Allied, Paramount, and eOne, we were given the opportunity to attend this incredibly immersive tavern experience. And while we have yet to see the film’s first trailer, let me say, the Paramount marketing team absolutely brought it with this fun and refreshing experience!

After entering and beginning your journey, you are automatically greeted by many exotic characters, as well as warnings and the promise of meeting other forthcoming dangers.

You travel further in, through the Hall of Monsters, meeting several famous perilous creatures from the classic mythology of the game, including Mimics, Beholders, and much more!

After surviving your trek through the Hall of Monsters, you are rewarded with a tavern experience where you are greeted by the tavern owner and her husband, who serve you an exclusive concoction called Dragon’s Brew.

While imbibing on delicious libations, you will meet some of the colorful locals that populate the world of Dungeons and Dragons. You can also check out some of the more colorful weaponry adorning the walls.

But beware! For this is a treacherous land. Here, there be dragons!

Overall this is a really fun, very chill experience! In addition to just enjoying yourself, the dragon encounter really is something out of a theme park. It’s just insanely cool! And you can get some great swag. If you find yourself at Comic-Con this weekend, stop on by for a drink and an adventure at the Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves Tavern! It’s guaranteed to be a critical hit!

Just watch out for the gelatinous cube!

Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves hits theaters March 2023!
