Watch the Official Trailer for ‘Extraction 2’ Starring Chris Hemsworth

Chris Hemsworth returns as Tyler Rake in Extraction 2, which is the sequel to Netflix’s blockbuster action film, Extraction! Directed by Sam Hargrave, the movies are based on the graphic novel Ciudad by Ande Parks, from a story by Parks, Joe Russo, and Anthony Russo, with illustrations by Fernando León González. The Russo Brothers, Hemsworth, as well as Hargrave all serve as producers.

After barely surviving the events of the first movie, Rake is back as the Australian black ops mercenary, tasked with another deadly mission: rescuing the battered family of a ruthless Georgian gangster from the prison where they are being held.

Along with Hemsworth, the cast includes Golshifteh Farahani, Tornike Gogrichiani, Adam Bessa, Daniel Bernhardt, Tinatin Dalakishvili, and Olga Kurylenko. Extraction 2 will be released June 16 on Netflix.
