NBC’s fall line up is in full swing. And in its third season, their show, Transplant continues to show signs of life during a challenging time for network television. And we’re happy to debut a new clip from Thursday’s episode.

Per NBC, Transplant follows Dr. Bashir Hamed, a charismatic Syrian doctor with battle-tested skills in emergency medicine, who fled his war-torn homeland, and is struggling to forge a new life in Canada with his sister. To become a doctor again, he has to redo his medical training from the ground up, but is able to get a position at the Emergency Department of the best hospital in Toronto.
