New Spot and Character Posters Wash Up for ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’

It’s been quite the journey for our man, Jason Momoa. Achieving full A-list status with the sole $1B grossing outing in the DCEU, the actor known as Aquaman is returning to the big screen this Christmas with what may be the final outing in this franchise, before James Gunn and Peter Safran press the hard reset button.

Today, to prep us for The King of Atlantis’s second coming, WB/DC has released a new 90-second spot and three new character posters for the upcoming December release.

The 90-second spot teases that this will be Arthur Curry’s last stand! And that tickets are now on sale. We get a glimpses of the new menace that Black Manta teams up with, as well as Arthur Curry Jr., aka Aquababy! Take a look below:

In addition to the new spot, we also got a few new character posters for the upcoming release, highlighting Arthur, Orm, and Black Manta (who may be auditioning for the Avengers?).

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom hits theaters December 22!
