He-Man Battles the Evil Horde in the Trailer for ‘Masters of the Universe: Revolution’

Hordak leads the Horde Empire while a newly mechanized Skeletor battles a reinvigorated He-Man in the trailer for Kevin Smith’s Masters of the Universe: Revolution!

Picking up after the cliffhanger ending of Revelation, Skeletor (Mark Hamill) possessed by Motherboard attacks while Adam (Chris Wood) must decide whether to rule as Eternia’s king or its champion. Meanwhile, Sorceress Teela (now voiced by former Supergirl, Melissa Benoist) searches for the secret of Snake Magic to ward off the threat posed by the return of Hordak (voiced by Keith David).

The trailer also announces the addition of William Shatner in an undisclosed role. And eagle-eyed MOTU fans might catch a glimpse of the animated debut of Gwildor. That’s not the only easter egg since Meg Foster (who played live action Evil-Lyn) returns to the franchise as the voice of Motherboard.
