‘Star Wars: The Bad Batch’ Gets Ready to Return for One Last Fight

Much like in the way of previous Star Wars animated series like The Clone Wars and Rebels, The Bad Batch is setting up its third and final season to be its most darkest, high stakes season yet.

Lives are on the line in the aftermath of Tech’s sacrifice and the capture of Omega. While the rescue of the latter — and possibly also that of the estranged Crosshair — is of top most priority for the squad, the official trailer shows how there’s a lot more they’ll be up against.

Returning from previous seasons include the big baddie of them all, Emperor Palpatine, Fennec Shand, Phee Genoa, Cad Bane, Nala Se, Emerie Karr, and Rex.

Also… wait, Asajj Ventress?! And she’s wielding a yellow lightsaber?! What’s she up to?

It won’t be long for fans to find out, as Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 3 begins with a three-episode premiere on Wednesday, February 21, streaming only on Disney+.
