Pixar Fest 2024: ‘Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration’ Parade and Nighttime Show!

For twice a day, now until August 4, for Pixar Fest at Disney California Adventure, visitors can expect to see a new and exciting parade of favorite Pixar characters, “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration” and the “Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular” fireworks celebration.

Filled with colorful floats and high-energy dancers, the parade includes characters from several Pixar Animation Studios films that celebrate friendship and beyond, including the iconic Pixar Lamp, Turning Red (Yes, 4Town is in there!), Luca, Coco, Up, Soul, The Incredibles, Toy Story, Monsters, Inc., and Inside Out. Songs for the parade include ‘Better Together’ from the Descendants: Wicked World soundtrack and fresh compilations from various Pixar films, including Up’s Spirit of Adventure, Luca’s Italian medley, and a blend of Toy Story’s iconic ‘You Got A Friend In Me’ and Monsters, Inc.’s ‘If I Didn’t Have You.’

At night, guests can continue the theme of friendship with the newly refreshed elements of the fireworks show, “Together Forever—A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular.” The show contains colorful projections, memorable music, and dazzling pyrotechnics, featuring memorable characters from Pixar classics and new favorites like Turning Red, Luca, and the upcoming film, Inside Out 2.

For more Pixar fun, the Hollywood Backlot at Disney California Adventure turns into Club Pixar, an energetic DJ-led experience filled with live performances, exciting games, photo ops, themed food, and specialty crafted drinks. During the day, beloved Pixar characters will visit, including Mr. and Mrs. Incredible in their original super suits.
