Director Robert Eggers (The Northman, The Lighthouse, The Witch) is back! And this Christmas, he’s giving us a jolly, feel good holiday family comedy to unwrap. Just kidding. Get ready for the terrifying new trailer for Nosferatu!

Eggers has officially established himself as one of the most exciting visionaries working in the industry today with his surreal and unique approaches to horror and genre. And today, Focus Features has released an insanely creepy, and terrific-looking trailer for the upcoming adaptation of the horror classic, starring Lily-Rose Depp, Nicholas Hoult, Willem Dafoe, and Bill Skarsgård. This looks really freaky and I love it. Eggers’ style and ability to set mood with fever-dream visuals perfectly compliments the gothic, macabre nature of the original. In other words, it’s a match made in Hell!
