Sophia Bush Discusses All Things ‘False Positive’

Sophia Bush portrays Corgan in Hulu’s new thrilling horror film, False Positive. She is best known for her roles in Chicago P.D. and One Tree Hill. On top of being an actress, Bush is also an activist, entrepreneur, and global education access advocate. False Positive premiered on June 25 on Hulu, and in this interview, we will be discussing spoilers so be sure to watch it after you see the film!

The actress fights to better girls’ education and the environment. Bush has inspired many to join her in raising nearly half a million dollars for charity and built three primary schools in Guatemala and Laos. She is currently a global ambassador for Glamour’s The Girl Project, which strives to break down the barriers to secondary school education that girls face.

In 2019, Bush partnered with Jane Walker and has been active in bringing forward firsts for women within the entrepreneurial world. She also co-founded and sits on the board for I am a voter, a nonpartisan movement that aims to create a cultural shift around voting and civic engagement by unifying around a central truth: “Our democracy works best when we all participate.” That same year, she also launched her podcast Work in Progress, which features frank, funny, personal, professional, and sometimes political conversations with people who inspire her.

Bush can next be seen starring in CBS’ new drama Good Sam, where she plays a gifted heart surgeon. She also recently started a new One Tree Hill rewatch podcast with her former co-stars, called Drama Queens.
