NOC Interview: Finn Wolfhard and Mckenna Grace on Their New Film, ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’

Finn Wolfhard and Mckenna Grace star in the next chapter of the original Ghostbusters universe, Ghostbusters: Afterlife. Wolfhard and Grace play the sibling duo of Trevor and Phoebe. Based on the 1984 film Ghostbusters, the new movie will be released exclusively in movie theaters on November 19.

In Ghostbusters: Afterlife, when a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.

Grace can be recognized for her film work in Gifted, Goodbye World, Mr. Church, Captain Marvel, Malignant, Amityville: The Awakening, Independence Day: Resurgence, Troop Zero, Annabelle Comes Home, and I, Tonya. Her notable television credits include Crash & Bernstein, The Vampire Diaries, CSI: Cyber, Once Upon a Time, The Haunting of Hill House, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Young Sheldon, The Handmaid’s Tale, Designated Survivor, The Young and the Restless, Fuller House, Instant Mom, and Just Beyond. The actress has also lent her voice to characters in The Angry Birds Movie, Elena of Avalor, Spirit Untamed, Scoob!, as well as The Lion Guard.

Wolfhard is best known for his role as Mike Wheeler in the hit Netflix series Stranger Things. The fourth season is set to premiere in 2022. The actor can also be recognized for his work in It and It Chapter Two. Other notable film credits include Dog Days, The Goldfinch, The Turning, and How It Ends. He has also lent his voice to characters in The Addams Family and Carmen Sandiego.
