Next May, get ready to super-sit, super-stay, and super-roll over with Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart! DC and Warner Animation’s upcoming animated romp, DC League of Super-Pets hits theaters next summer, and today DC and WB unveiled two new images for the upcoming animated comedy.
Take a first look at Dwayne Johnson as Krypto the Super-Dog, and Kevin Hart as Ace the Bat-Hound below.


Here’s the official synopsis from DC/WB:
In DC League of Super-Pets, Krypto the Super-Dog and Superman are inseparable best friends, sharing the same superpowers and fighting crime in Metropolis side by side. When Superman and the rest of the Justice League are kidnapped, Krypto must convince a rag-tag shelter pack — Ace the hound, PB the potbellied pig, Merton the turtle, and Chip the squirrel — to master their own newfound powers and help him rescue the superheroes.

As a Silver Age kid, the idea we’re getting a version of Super Turtle in a big-screen movie is mind-blowing.
