See the Haunting Trailer for Kogonada’s New Film, ‘After Yang’

After making a splash at the Cannes Film Festival last summer, After Yang is finally being released to mass audiences next month. The film — starring Colin Farrell, Jodie Turner-Smith, Justin H. Min, Malea Emma Tjandrawidjaja, and Haley Lu Richardson — is director Kogonada’s follow-up to his critically acclaimed debut, Columbus.

After Yang imagines a world in which robotic children are purchased as live-in babysitters. When one of those robots — played by Umbrella Academy star Justin H. Min — becomes unresponsive, a family — portrayed by Farrel, Turner-Smith, and Tjandrawidjaja — attempt to save the life of their robotic family member.

The movie is set to debut in theaters and simultaneously stream on Showtime on March 4. Between this and The Batman, who else is up for a Colin Farrell double feature that day?
