Sasha Lane Previews the Twists and Turns of ‘The Crowded Room’

Sasha Lane plays Ariana in The Crowded Room. The new limited series will premiere with the first three episodes on Friday, June 9followed by one episode weekly on Apple TV+.

The Crowded Room” stars Tom Holland as Danny Sullivan, a man who is arrested following his involvement in a shooting in New York City in 1979.  A captivating thriller told through a series of interviews with curious interrogator Rya Goodwin (Amanda Seyfried), Danny’s life story unfolds, revealing elements of the mysterious past that shaped him, and the twists and turns that will lead him to a life-altering revelation. 

“Your brain just like spinning the whole time, you know? I think that’s the part that really gets me is just constantly being like, ‘What? Wait, what?’ And you’re trying to figure it out yourself but having to be patient,” the actress tells me is her favorite aspect of this genre.

As for what or who audiences should be paying attention to in order to figure out the truth, that’s simple: “Danny, just pay attention to Danny.”
