Popular Novel ‘The Bromance Book Club’ Comes in Comics Form on Manta

Popular romance novel The Bromance Book Club by Lyssa Kay Adams becomes the latest IP to receive the webcomic treatment by Manta Studios. The Bromance Book Club digital comic will premiere on Manta on September 3, 2023. 

Manta, leading subscription-based digital comics platform operated by RIDI Corporation, has been committed to bringing captivating narratives to readers, especially its Western audiences. 

The Bromance Book Club follows Gavin Scott, second baseman for the fictional Nashville Legends, whose marriage is on the brink of divorce. Desperate, Gavin turns to The Bromance Book Club – made up of Nashville’s top alpha men who come together to read romance books – for help saving his marriage and winning back his wife’s affection.

Published in 2019, The Bromance Book Club became popular for its blend of romance and comedy and highlights unlikely friendships and finding second chances. It became  Amazon Book Review’s No. 1 Best Romance of 2019 and was on Bustle’s ‘21 Rom-Coms To Give You Warm And Fuzzy Feelings All Season Long.’ 

Netflix is in talks to option the film rights with Mark Ciardi, Bill Holderman, and Erin Simms attached to the film.

The Bromance Book Club is set to release on September 3 on Manta.
