Marc Bernardin Digs into Writing Gentleman Ghost for ‘Batman: Caped Crusader’

Long-time Friend of the NOC, Marc Bernardin, is back ! This time, he’s here to talk about his episode of Batman: Caped Crusader, “Night Ride,” which introduces Gentleman Ghost and Papa Midnite into this reimagined animated universe.

The second I saw Marc’s name in the opening credits of the episode, I shot him a congratulatory message and couldn’t wait to talk to him about coming on to the show and (finally) writing a Batman story for the likes of Bruce Timm and Ed Brubaker.

We also talk about how the show deals with race and gender, its journey from HBO Max to Prime Video, the importance of mature storytelling for audiences of all ages, and a whole lot more!
