On July18, 2008, The Dark Knight was released in theaters and changed things… forever. Ten years later, Warner Bros. is re-releasing Christopher Nolan’s seminal superhero film in select IMAX theaters for one week only.
The exclusive limited engagement will offer the public an extremely rare opportunity to see The Dark Knight in IMAX 70mm film
Tickets for the opening day go on sale this Friday, July 20, with showtimes only announced for August 24. The theaters will list additional showtimes for subsequent dates closer to release. These are the theaters showing this special edition of The Dark Knight:
