Earlier this month, Rockstar Games announced that Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was dropping on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Rockstar Games Launcher. The long awaited remastered collection of some of Grand Theft Auto‘s most iconic titles is finally within reach, and today Rockstar Games shared more details about the trilogy coming November 11.
Today, Rockstar Games dropped a new trailer showcasing the many enhancements and upgrades coming with the release of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition. Liberty City, Vice City, and San Andreas can be seen with drastic changes to their respective textures and scenery, as well as with graphical updates to character models and modernized controls.
Some of the features coming to The Definitive Edition include targeting and lock-on aiming improvements, Weapon and Radio station wheel upgrades, an enhanced GPS system and map, and much more. According to Rockstar’s announcement today, “Additional enhancements across all three titles include a completely rebuilt lighting system; improved shadows, weather, and reflections; upgraded character and vehicle models; along with new higher resolution textures across buildings, weapons, roads, and interiors.”

Players will also be able to experience Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition with Xbox Game Pass starting November 11.
Grand Theft Auto III – The Definitive Edition will be available on PlayStation Now starting December 7.
