Shin Megami Tensei fans rejoice for Atlus is showing no signs of slowing down on releases of their cult classic franchises. The makers of the Persona, Catherine, and the aforementioned Shin Megami Tensei series announced their latest JRPG, Soul Hackers 2. 

Soul Hackers 2, a sequel to the 25-year old Sega Saturn game Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers, takes place in the 21st century during a war between two devil summoner factions, The Yatagarsu and Phantom Society. You play Ringo as her and her team work to decrypt destiny and save the world before the oncoming apocalypse.

Soul Hackers 2 is scheduled to be released on August 26 for a multi-platform release on the Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Series X, and PC.
