Today, Marvel Studios and Disney dropped the first trailer for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law! The highly anticipated Disney+ show is due to hit the streaming platform August 17. See below to check out the trailer and poster for the upcoming series.
Get ready to meet Jennifer Walters, everyone! Debuting in the comics back in 1980’s The Savage She-Hulk, as a counterpart (and cousin) to Bruce Banner’s Hulk. On the day that Bruce coincidentally comes over to tell her he’s The Hulk, Jennifer is shot by mobsters, and needs to have a blood transfusion to survive. Given no one else with her blood type is around, and finding time running low, Bruce has to volunteer for the transfusion with his gamma radiated blood, and that ends up giving Jennifer her powers.
It’s very possible this origin will change for the show. Marvel Studios is no stranger to loose adaptations of superhero origins. But we do know the amazing Maslany will be going green for this one! It’s going to be absolutely savage!
