NOCs of the Roundtable Reminisce about San Diego Comic-Con 2026

It’s been a couple weeks now since San Diego Comic-Con, and our correspondents emerge triumphantly with many tales to tell. Mike, Nikita, and I gather together to discuss our experiences with this year’s convention.

Comic-Con has gone from its humble days being centered on just comics to becoming one of the biggest pop culture events of the year. From film announcements to surprise celebrity appearances, to issues with line management and press passes, it has — and can — become a mixed bag.

Lots of ground is covered across a wide range of perspectives and experiences: from Nikita witnessing the announcement of Queen of the Damned, to Mike’s moment high five-ing Dave Franco at the Forgotten Island panel, and in my case, getting to experience being on a panel and an autograph session at Comic-Con for the first time.
