Disneyland Resort Unveils New Eats and Returning Favorites for the 2026 Holiday Season

The holidays are almost here at the Disneyland Resort, and guests can look forward to enjoying a variety of festive seasonal flavors. Disney has unveiled its 2026 holiday menus, featuring new takes on traditional holiday dishes, from hearty Thanksgiving leftover sandwiches (or maybe you prefer them as a burrito) to sweet twists on coffee and chocolate drinks, alongside returning favorites throughout the resort. Holidays at the Disneyland Resort and Disney Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure run from November 13, 2026, through January 6, 2027.

For those who enjoy a hearty Thanksgiving meal, Studio Catering Co. at Disney California Adventure is putting a different spin on the traditional leftover sandwich with its Holiday Leftover Burrito. Instead of stuffing those holiday favorites between two slices of bread, the restaurant wraps turkey, stuffing, sweet potato bites, and cranberry sauce into a burrito, served with a side of gravy.

Of course, if you prefer your Thanksgiving leftovers in sandwich form, there’s the Thanks-mas Sandwich over at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. The sandwich features oven-roasted turkey breast, stuffing, gravy, and cranberry sauce on sourdough bread, served with house-made chips.

Guests looking for something marvelous will have to venture to Pym’s Test Kitchen in Avengers Campus, which is introducing a French Dip Grilled Cheese. The sandwich features sliced prime rib, mozzarella, caramelized onions, and onion mayonnaise, and comes with beef jus for dipping and a side of potato bites.

The annual holiday celebration at Disney California Adventure Park also marks the return of Disney Festival of Holidays. As in previous years, an assortment of Festive Food Marketplaces will offer seasonal dishes inspired by different culinary traditions, including new takes on familiar comfort foods. At Merry Mashups, guests can enjoy the new Reimagined Beef Wellington, featuring mashed potatoes, beef jus, crispy prosciutto, mushroom duxelles cream sauce, and puff pastry.

Meanwhile, A Twist on Tradition introduces Chicken Pot Pie Wings, combining two comfort food favorites with chicken wings served with rich gravy and an herb pie crumble.

Also returning this year is the Sip and Savor Pass, which offers guests a convenient way to sample a variety of festival dishes while potentially saving money compared to purchasing eligible items individually. Available for a separate fee, the pass includes six digital coupons redeemable for select food and nonalcoholic beverages at participating locations throughout Disney California Adventure.

The dish starts with seasoned fries topped with traditional barbecue favorites like pulled pork and pickled onions, before adding a holiday-inspired twist with cranberry barbecue sauce. Rounding out the combination is a Korean-inspired gochujang aïoli, introducing a sweet and spicy kick that brings these different flavors together.

Over at Disneyland Park, Jolly Holiday Bakery Café is giving the Matterhorn Macaroon a festive makeover. Inspired by the iconic Matterhorn Bobsleds attraction, the coconut treat resembles the mountain’s snow-covered peak, only this time with a little extra holiday cheer. Dipped in white chocolate and decorated with festive sprinkles, the macaroon brings a seasonal twist to the Disneyland favorite. Also returning to the bakery is the Milk and Cookies Tree-shaped Macaron, offering another festive treat for those with a sweet tooth.

And if you love the comforting flavors of French toast, head over to Red Rose Taverne, where the French Toast Cold Brew is making its seasonal return. The beverage brings a breakfast-inspired twist to a refreshing coffee drink.

No matter which park you decide to celebrate the holidays at, be sure to keep an eye out for its seasonal food and beverage offerings. After all, these festive treats are only available for a limited time, from November 13, 2026, through January 6, 2027.
