For ‘Loki,’ Wednesdays are the New Fridays

Everybody who set their reminders for the midnight (or 3am on the East Coast) premiere of Loki on June 11 needs to reset those alerts.

According to a video that just dropped from Marvel, the next MCU streamer is coming to Disney+ two days earlier! Such a trickster, that Loki!

Watch Tom Hiddleston’s video message announcing the new premiere date and weekly release day for Marvel Studios’ Loki, a brand-new, original series exclusively on Disney+.

Marvel Studios’ Loki features the God of Mischief as he steps out of his brother’s shadow in a new series that takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Tom Hiddleston returns as the title character, joined by Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku, and Richard E. Grant. Kate Herron directs Loki, and Michael Waldron is head writer.

Loki now premieres on Disney+ Wednesday, June 9, 2021.
