Kickstart This: Marc Bernardin’s Directorial Debut, ‘Splinter’

Writer, and Friend of the NOC, Marc Bernardin had always hoped to direct a movie by the time he turned 50. Well, now he’s gone and done it!

Though he has already exceeded his original Kickstarter goal in less than 12 hours, Bernardin’s directorial debut, the short film Splinter, still has a month to go to raise even more money!

Featuring an all-star cast led by American Gods’ Yetide Badaki and Battlestar Galactica’s Tricia Helfer, Splinter tells the story of a boy imprisoned on a plane that will never land. But that won’t prevent him from trying to escape!

Even though he’s reached his goal already, there’s always stretch goals. Also, the rewards being offered, including a consultation with the man himself, are worth the price of admission. So don’t hesitate and back Splinter right now!
