Ryan Reynolds produces and stars as Big Adam in the new Netflix film, The Adam Project, which debuts on March 11. He is also a co-founder of The Group Effort Initiative. The first class of trainees actually worked on The Adam Project.

A time-traveling pilot teams up with his younger self and his late father to come to terms with his past while saving the future.

The actor can most recently be seen in Red Notice and Free Guy. Upcoming, he will star in Spirited, which he produced as well.

Reynolds announced The Group Effort Initiative in 2020. The program is designed to invest in and create a pipeline for members of marginalized communities to establish a long-term career within the entertainment industry.

I had the best time speaking with the actor about what it felt like to see The Group Effort Initiative come to life as well as how he thinks Deadpool would react to The Adam Project and who he would want to react with him!
