The Official Trailer for ‘Heartstopper’ Season 3 is Here

Nothing says cozy fall vibes like a new season of Heartstopper. Season 3 of the hit YA series debuts on Netflix on October 3 — and luckily for Narlie fans, the official trailer has just arrived.

Based on the bestselling graphic novels of the same name by Alice Oseman, the series centers on the unexpected, but sweet romance between classmates Charlie Spring (Joe Locke) and Nick Nelson (Kit Connor). As showcased in the new trailer, Season 3 is expected to tackle more mature subjects, including mental health, university applications, and sex.

“I’m so excited because it’s going to feel like a really different season, and I love that we are doing something different,” Oseman told Tudum. “It would be easy to be like, ‘Oh, Heartstopper Season 3, let’s just do the same kind of thing that we’ve always done. People like it.’ But we are doing something that will feel very different, and people will be surprised, and I can’t wait.”

In addition to Locke and Connor, the series stars William Gao, Yasmin Finney, Tobie Donovan, Corrina Brown, Kizzy Edgell, Rhea Norwood, and Jenny Walser. Darragh Hand, Hayley Atwell, and Eddie Marsan join the cast this season as Michael, Nick’s Aunt Diane, and Charlie’s therapist Geoff, respectively. Jonathan Bailey also cameos as Jack Maddox, Charlie’s celebrity crush.
