This Christmas, visionary director Robert Eggers will be showcasing his terrifying new vision of the classic story, Nosferatu. And while the trailers have recently given us a glimpse of the horror that awaits, this week we got a series of creepy new posters for us to sink our teeth into!

Eggers has obviously made a name for himself with amazing films like The Witch, The Lighthouse, and The Northman. So, as Herculean a task as reanimating the most legendary of vampire stories could be, there was no better man for the job. And as evidence of this, check out the artistic new posters for the soon-to-be horror classic:

While this Christmas is going to be packed with offerings like Sonic 3, The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim, and Mufasa, Nosferatu will be an incredible change of pace and break from the mostly family-friendly roster of blockbusters invading theaters like Santa invading your household. Or Nosferatu invading your balcony? Nevermind.
