The new season of Deli Boys has arrived on Hulu! With all six episodes now streaming, I asked stars Asif Ali, Saagar Shaikh, and Poorna Jagannathan at the Disney 2026 Upfront Red Carpet to share one thing they only understood about their characters after finishing the second season.

Turns out inheriting a criminal empire was the easy part… and more money really does mean more problems. This season on “Deli Boys,” the Dars are drowning in dirty cash and Philly’s sketchiest crooks are circling. Enter Max Sugar: casino king, money launderer, and Lucky’s new crush who turns laundering into a chaotic situationship. Raj plots revenge on Ahmad, Mir tries to expand DarCo without blowing it up, and Philly D.A. Andrew Chadwater hopes one big bust will make him mayor.
“How Mir is willing to risk everything for the sake of the business, in a way that is detrimental,” Ali told me. As for Jagannathan, the actress explained, “Lucky trusting her own instincts is one of the most vital things that keeps us alive, and this season, she goes against her instincts for a second, and it backfires.”

“He’s so much cooler than I thought he was,” Shaikh, who plays Raj, expressed. Jagannathan agreed before adding, “This season, these two worked out and are ripped, so it’s the hot but stupid Dar brothers. Hotter, but stupider.”
