If you’re not watching My Adventures with Superman, you’re completely missing out. Much like similar shows like Spectacular Spider-Man, Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, and Batman: The Animated Series, this stellar adaptation of the Superman mythology has placed its unique stamp on the DC Universe in wonderful and unpredictable ways! And with Season 2 premiering May 25, we were so lucky to chat with the cast of the series: Ishmel Sahid, Alice Lee, and Jack Quaid!

From the origins of the Superman mythology, dating back to Action Comics #1 in 1938, the Man of Steel has remained one of the most recognizable and most adapted characters in history. So creating new ways to tell the story of the Last Son of Krypton can be challenging. But not only does My Adventures with Superman manage to put unique twists on the characters and stories from the DC Universe with its gorgeous anime style, it also allows terrific actors like Quaid, Lee, and Sahid to put their own signature spins on the characters of Superman/Clark Kent, Lois Lane, and Jimmy Olsen in ways relevant to today’s audiences.
